Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Test and Product Engineer to join a dynamic, team-oriented environment with exposure to a vast product portfolio and global manufacturing network. The role emphasizes probe and final test development for complex mixed-signal circuits, plus project management and lifecycle optimization.

You will collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality teams to drive test hardware/software development, qualification, and cost-reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering.
• Experience with ATE test programs and hardware development.
• Strong knowledge of analog test techniques and electronic devices.
• Experience with data analysis tools and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop test hardware and software for ATE systems.
• Qualification and characterization of ICs to meet specs and manufacturing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
• Analyze failures to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Reduce test time and optimize yield through process improvements.
• Support new manufacturing facilities and product transfers.
