Job summary

Textron Systems seeks Test Engineers to support the United States Marine Corps ARV program. This role focuses on hardware and software integration, test plan development, and validation across lifecycle stages for advanced reconnaissance vehicle systems.

Responsibilities include test design, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure top-quality products. A strong background in engineering testing and program involvement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering (software, electrical, mechanical, systems) or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in test engineering or related roles.
• Experience with hardware and/or software integration and requirements derivation.
• Experience with DOORS, JIRA, and MagicDraw (or equivalent).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and execution of tests for hardware, software, and systems to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create test plans, write test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for fixes.
• Write, review, and maintain test scripts and procedures across test stages.
• Monitor tests, manage controlled environments, and report results to stakeholders.
• Defect management and collaboration with engineers for root-cause analysis.
• Interact with government and customers during program milestones and reviews.
