Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Test & Evaluation Project Manager to support the United States Marine Corps ARV program. The role oversees T&E activities across all project lifecycle phases, develops test plans and schedules, and collaborates with engineering and program teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required; PMP certification and 4+ years of PM experience in defense/aero domains are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math/Physics, Project Management or Business Management.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of directly related project management experience in Defense, Aerospace, Automotive or Electro/Mechanical systems development-to-production environments.
• Experience with government FAR regulations and direct commercial contracts preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee T&E activities across all project lifecycle phases to ensure alignment with cost, schedule and performance baselines.
• Work collaboratively with the technical and program team to develop and maintain a master T&E schedule and test plans.
• Establish and manage schedule, financial and performance baselines for T&E activities, including resource allocation and subcontractors.
