Job summary

Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a senior Test Engineer to support the ARV program. You will design and execute tests for hardware, software, and systems, develop test plans, and collaborate with engineers and program managers to ensure product readiness.

Responsibilities include test execution, defect tracking, and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders. A strong background in Windows/Unix environments, DOORS/JIRA, and DoD programs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and requirements derivation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute tests for hardware, software, and systems to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create test plans, write test cases, and manage defects with development teams.
• Interact with leads, program managers, and technicians to drive test engineering work products.
