Sanmina Corporation is seeking a seasoned Test Engineer to lead comprehensive testing activities for electronic products. You will develop test plans, validations, and procedures, and communicate issues to customers while managing ECOs that impact test workflows.

You will oversee test infrastructure for NPIs and existing lines, train staff, and participate in debug and failure analysis to improve yields and reliability across manufacturing lines.

Competenze

• BSEE with 8+ years of experience in functional test engineering for electronics/medical/telecom/life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and scripting.
• Experience with ATE products and test interfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Mansioni

• Write internal test plans, validation protocols and reports; maintain procedures and test instructions.
• Identify and communicate design deficiencies to customers and manage ECOs affecting test.
• Manage test infrastructure schedules for NPI and existing product lines; provide technical test reports.
• Train technicians on new test stations; support debugging of PCBAs and perform failure analysis.
