Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Specialist for the TISC at Hurlburt Field, FL. The specialist develops T&E strategies, TEMPs, and test documentation, coordinating ITTs and stakeholder engagements to support acquisition programs.

Responsibilities include advising on test schedules, preparing briefs for leadership, and ensuring test readiness for milestones and fielding. Onsite role with travel up to 15% and federal contract work with DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Master's/Doctorate and 10 years related DoD experience or 15 years related experience with DoD.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and executing DoD T&E strategies and TEMPs.
• Knowledge of DAFMAN 63-119 and OT/OTRR processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, and staff T&E strategies and TEMPs for DoD programs.
• Prepare PIDs and other test documentation for acquisition programs.
• Organize ITT meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Provide advisory support on test schedules for acquisition and modernization.
• Track test actions, risks, schedules, and deliverables for test events.
• Develop briefing materials and status updates for government leadership.
