Odyssey Systems seeks a Principal Test Engineer to support Hill AFB in Ogden, UT. You will lead end-to-end test planning, execution, data analysis, and operational testing across DoD programs.

Candidates should have extensive experience with DoD test and evaluation requirements, DoE methods, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, software, and OT organizations. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 20+ years in the discipline; 10+ years in DoD (preferred) or 30+ years with 12 in DoD.
• Experience across full test & evaluation lifecycle (concept to operational testing).
• Proficient in DoD acquisition frameworks and lifecycle testing activities.

Responsabilités

• Support the full testing lifecycle from concept to end-user testing.
• Develop and document test plans, criteria, specifications, and reports.
• Apply DoE techniques to optimize test strategies and resources.
• Evaluate test environments for configuration accuracy and fault testing readiness.
• Analyze complex data to assess performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings and risks to leadership and test teams.
• Manage tasks and deliverables with limited supervision.
