Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Senior Test Engineer/QA to lead testing strategy and ensure software quality through automated testing and QA practices. You will develop automated frameworks, run performance tests, and ensure Definition of Done is met before deployment.

Requires 10+ years in QA, a CS degree (or equivalent), expertise in Robot Framework/Selenium, and TS/SCI clearance. Location options include NCR or San Antonio, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in software testing and QA.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium).
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java) for test development.
• Experience with performance testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Conduct system performance and scalability testing.
• Lead test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrix.
• Conduct black box and white box testing.
• Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate and analyze test coverage reports.
• Lead defect tracking and resolution processes.
