Job summary

Game Seven Staffing in Goleta, CA is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for standard and special devices. Travel ~10% between Oxnard and Goleta sites, work 1st or 2nd shifts, and contribute to test data review, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of test experience, or a Master’s Degree in STEM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
• Plan labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating standard and special devices
• Test customer samples and perform special tests that cannot be performed in the test area
• Perform product testing across test planning, coordination, setup, execution, data reduction, test reporting, and post-data processing
• Integrate products with test tooling, software, equipment, and instrumentation
• Support test data collection, post-test data review, reporting, and test requirements verification
• Produce test documentation through technical writing
• Participate in and present at internal and external customer reviews
• Use modern tools and methods to reduce product testing cost and schedule
• Meet Operations Test Engineering safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations within entire product value streams
