Index Analytics is seeking a Senior Testing lead in Baltimore to coordinate testing across enterprise applications with Federal government stakeholders. You will design scalable test strategies, develop automated solutions, and ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, WCAG Section 508, and related standards.

You will mentor others in automation, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment, including cloud-based testing on AWS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT with a strong focus on software testing.
• Hands-on, expert-level skills with Selenium, Cucumber, and automated testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience performing compliance validation for accessibility, security, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies, including TDD, ATDD, and Continuous Testing.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• AWS Testing experience included.

• Serve as the primary testing liaison between development teams and Federal Government stakeholders.
• Design and implement flexible, scalable testing strategies in Agile/DevOps contexts.
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions where feasible.
• Conduct compliance testing for accessibility, security, and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align test strategies with requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and present data on testing and development activities.
• Provide testing leadership and mentor team members on automation and compliance testing.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
• Understand applications from technical and business perspectives to ensure coverage.
