Job summary

Mission Driven Research seeks a Senior Test Engineer to support an Army Project Office at Redstone Arsenal. You will plan, design, and execute tests for advanced air and missile defense systems, developing comprehensive test documentation and ensuring compliance with government standards.

The role requires collaboration with government civilians, military personnel, and contractors in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience focusing on defense systems and test engineering with government-related projects.
• Ability to overcome gaps, risks, and challenges to mature emerging technologies.
• Ability to work in a high-paced test execution team with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for a complex Air and Missile Defense system.
• Participate in test activities including SIL, HWIL, distributed ground testing, system qualification, and field testing.
• Generate pre-test docs: test plans, requirements, procedures, matrices; post-test reports and incident resolution.
