Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Masters degree in STEM or related field.
• 10+ years of test engineering experience with defense systems.
• Experience with DoD test regulations and government stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Must possess and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for a complex Air and Missile Defense system for the US Army.
• Participate in Test activities including SIL, HWIL, Distributed Ground Testing, System Qualification Testing, and Field Testing with a multi-project team.
• Generate pre-test documentation including test plans, requirements, procedures, and matrices; provide post-test EXSUMs and test reports.
• Organize and participate in weekly Test Planning meetings; prepare test presentations.
• Support major meetings with Program Stakeholders such as T&E WIPTs.
• Travel to DoD Test Ranges to support test operations and missions.
• Support status reporting efforts: weekly activity reports and SITREPs.
