Job summary

Cintel, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Test Engineer to provide test engineering support for an Army Project Office at Redstone Arsenal.

You will design test plans, procedures, execute tests, and maintain documentation in line with government standards, collaborating with government civilians, military personnel, and contractors. The role involves coordinating test activities, preparing pre- and post-test documentation, supporting test planning meetings, and traveling to DOD test ranges

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required or US person per government contract terms.
• Must possess and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience with defense systems and government-related projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for a complex Air and Missile Defense system for the US Army.
• Generate pre-test documentation: test plans, requirements, procedures, and matrices; provide post-test support and incident resolution.
• Organize and participate in weekly Test Planning meetings; prepare test presentations.
• Support major meetings with Program Stakeholders such as T&E WIPTs.
• Travel to DOD Test Ranges to support test operations and missions.
• Support weekly reporting: team activities, SITREPs, test calendar, asset status, and EXSUMs.
