Job summary

i3 Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support an Army Project Office at Redstone Arsenal.

You will execute and document tests, develop test plans and procedures, and ensure compliance with DoD standards while collaborating with government civilians, military personnel, and contractors. The role emphasizes test execution, documentation, and coordination across the Test Directorate within the Project Office to advance missile defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM or related field, or a BS with equivalent defense-related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with defense systems and test engineering on government projects.
• Able to navigate DoD test regulations, policies, and procedures and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for complex Air and Missile Defense systems for the US Army.
• Participate in SIL, HWIL, distributed ground testing, system qualification testing, and field testing with a multi-project team.
• Generate pre-test documents (test plans, requirements, procedures, matrices) and post-test reports; resolve test incidents.
