Job summary

CSAT Solutions is seeking a senior test engineer to lead diagnostic and repair efforts for AI servers and related high-performance computing hardware.

You will develop automated test programs, fixtures, and procedures; analyze test data to improve defect detection, first-pass yield, and cycle time; and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to implement robust testing and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in test engineering or electronics repair.
• Experience supporting AI servers, enterprise servers, GPU platforms, and complex systems preferred.
• Experience developing test programs for automated test equipment (ATE) and related platforms.
• Programming or scripting in C, Python, or LabVIEW preferred.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot PCB assemblies to component level using schematics and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering support for automated and manual test processes used to diagnose, validate and repair AI servers and related hardware.
• Develop, implement, validate and maintain automated test programs, diagnostics, test scripts, fixtures and test equipment.
• Own assigned test processes and act as SME for test capability, coverage, and process effectiveness.
• Analyze test results and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improved coverage and yield.
