You are expected to have a strong electrical background but also possess a mechanical mindset. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing hands on comprehensive testing plans and procedures to verify and validate the performance of our product.As a member of our team you will perform hands on product testing for both mechanical and electrical system tests, on electric and internal combustion fork trucks. **What you will do:*** Conduct performance, functional, and durability testing for forklifts under various load and environmental conditions.* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for forklift systems and components.* Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve the product.* Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test procedures.* Create and develop automated test fixtures and custom test setups.**When & Where:**Standard Business HoursMay Include 5-10% Travel## Qualifications**What you need to have:*** Bachelors degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)* Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and reporting.* Familiarity using sensors such as Thermocouples, pressure transducers, encoders, shunts, strain gauges, etc.* Experienced using data logging equipment (DeweSoft, HBM, Graphtechs, etc.)* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods.* Proficiency in using MS Office product suite.
