Qualifications

At least 10 years in test automation and 8 years in manual testing.

Responsibilities

Define and lead automation strategy and framework development.
Plan, estimate, and architect test solutions aligned with sprint goals.
Enable ATDD through collaboration with BA and developers.
Lead SDET engineers and mentor teams across QA discipline.
Collaborate with product, development, UX, DevSecOps, and security to cover functional and non-functional requirements.
