Farm Family is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join the P&C Quality Assurance and Test Automation team. You will design and maintain automated web and API tests, working with Agile teams to ensure reliable policy systems.

You will lead test automation efforts, contribute to best practices, and prepare documentation and dashboards. This role is in-office with competitive benefits and salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in software development or test automation.
• 5+ years building automated testing frameworks for complex business systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web and API apps.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to design effective test cases.
• Execute tests in CI pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and work with dev teams to fix issues.
• Maintain test environments, tests, and data management strategies.
• Create dashboards and reports for test coverage and results.
