Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications, integrate tests into CI pipelines, and collaborate with agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will lead test automation efforts, analyze results, and help improve testing standards across the P&C policy systems while staying current with evolving tooling and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6–8 years of software development or test automation experience, with 5+ years in automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web and API apps.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to design effective test cases.
• Run tests in CI pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and coordinate with developers to resolve them.
• Maintain test environments and data management strategies.
