Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 5+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with fewer years, strong C++ and Python skills, and familiarity with GUI tools and code repositories. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university; 5+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience designing, developing, and executing test plans and procedures for system-level integration testing.
• Experience in C++ development and scripting; familiarity with GUI testing tools.
• Knowledge of Gitlab or Bitbucket for source control and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tests for execution and monitor, measure, and report test progress and results.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities across the lifecycle.
• Develop software solutions in C++, Python and scripting languages to meet mission needs.
• Ensure software standards are met and document development processes and outputs.
