Job summary

Gormat is seeking a senior Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks across dev, test, and ops environments. You will help ensure reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical software systems.

You will collaborate with software developers, cybersecurity analysts, and mission stakeholders to translate requirements into testable engineering and deployment solutions, using Robot Framework, Pytest, GoogleTest,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of experience with large-scale CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience with multi-environment pipelines (dev/test/ops).
Experience with GitLab, MinIO, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
Experience cloud virtualization platforms like vSphere or ARIA.
Experience automated testing frameworks: Robot Framework, Pytest, GoogleTest.
Proficient in Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Proven ability to produce technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps infra.
Develop and optimize automated testing frameworks for reliability and performance.
Support lifecycle management of cyber capabilities across dev/test/ops.
Evaluate new DevOps tools and containerization tech for integration.
Create system architecture diagrams, test plans, workflows, and procedures.
Collaborate with software developers, cybersecurity analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into testable solutions.
