Job summary

LeoTechnologies in the United States seeks a Senior Test Automation Engineer to shape and execute our automated testing strategy. Lead end-to-end tests across UI and API layers and collaborate with developers and AI agents to ensure quality from design through release.

The role emphasizes advancing automation, maintaining scalable systems, validating releases, debugging complex issues, and championing quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in a similar position or product development.
• Requires a bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, TestCafe, or Cypress and/or similar testing tools.
• Hands-on experience with Black-, Gray-, White-Box testing at component and integration levels (DB, API, UI).
• Experience creating, maintaining, and improving hybrid automated e2e UI+API tests.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and Test Management Systems (Xray, Zephyr, TestRail).
• Experience with assistive AI development tools (Claude, Copilot).
• Strong understanding of SDLC with focus on quality from design to release.
• Integrity and dedication to mission-critical applications.
• Experience with SSH terminal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advance automation efforts and build scalable automated tests.
• Maintain highly available systems across production environments.
• Validate software releases and debug complex issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with development teams and AI agents to triage and debug testing requirements.
• Ensure bug-free user experience and champion quality across the organization.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and test management systems.
