Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering in modern web applications and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python/TypeScript/JavaScript/Java.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Jest, and API automation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience testing e-commerce/marketplace experiences, including offers and cashback flows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks (Playwright, Python, Jest, API automation).
• Develop end-to-end and integration tests for asynchronous, event-driven systems.
• Support testing-in-production practices, including canary deployments and progressive delivery.
• Build test automation for commerce and marketplace surfaces (offers, cashback, affiliate flows).
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and reusable workflow components.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test authoring and reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams on testable code and coverage.
