Sesheng LLC is hiring a Senior Test Automation Architect to lead architecture and delivery of scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and enterprise apps. You will drive tool evaluation, integration with CI/CD, and set engineering standards in collaboration with DevOps and product teams.

Remote US-based with preference for Greater Boston, MA. Candidates with 10–12+ years in quality engineering and 3–5+ years in leadership will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in software quality engineering.
• 3–5+ years as Test Automation Architect or Lead.
• Experience with Playwright, UFT, Tosca or similar tools.
• Experience embedding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Remote US work with preference for Greater Boston, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy scalable test automation frameworks for web, API and enterprise apps.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate test tools into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Serve as QA authority, establish automation standards and execution metrics.
• Collaborate with software architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders to push shift-left testing.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, reduce flaky tests, and maximize execution speed and reliability.
