Job summary

The C.A.S.E. Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer for a short-term, full-time contract with direct long-term conversion potential.

Immediate availability is required for a fully remote engagement in the United States. You will build automated test coverage, author unit and integration tests in .NET (xUnit or NUnit), and perform automated accessibility testing using axe, Pa11y, and Lighthouse.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in test automation on software delivery teams.
• Unit and integration test authoring in a .NET framework (xUnit or NUnit).
• Automated accessibility testing using axe, Pa11y, Lighthouse.
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Requirements traceability across tests and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build automated test coverage across domain rules, workflow transitions, and concurrency.
• Write tests to validate invalid state transitions and reopening paths.
• Implement automated accessibility checks per Section 508 and WCAG.
• Produce traceability from written requirements to validated tests.
• Document exact test commands for client execution and live demonstrations.
• Demonstrate tests and accessibility checks to clients live.
