Job summary

Chesapeake Plywood, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Rep to own the Eastern Pennsylvania patch. You’ll grow an established book, win new business, and become the trusted expert for contractors, fabricators, and builders.

The role is field-based with a published territory framework, coaching, and a clear 30/60/90 day onboarding plan. Expect a minimum of four travel days per week and a goal-driven environment focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B territory or field sales.
• Proven ability to build and own a sales pipeline.
• Experience engaging with contractors, fabricators, millworkers, and production managers.
• Demonstrated track record of growing assigned territories.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple accounts.
• Comfortable with a structured onboarding, metrics, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Grow an existing book and hunt for new business in Eastern PA.
• Develop an annual sales plan and hit monthly targets.
• Build trust with customers and close deals with trade and commercial buyers.
• Travel to customer sites and manage a defined territory schedule.
• Maintain market intelligence and share insights weekly with the team.
