Job summary

Chesapeake Plywood, LLC is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Rep to own the Eastern Pennsylvania patch. You will grow an existing book and actively hunt for new business, leveraging a published playbook and a team-first framework.

Expect regular coaching, clear onboarding milestones, and a data-driven approach to territory development. Expect to manage A–C accounts, travel at least four days per week, and maintain a robust outbound cadence while delivering on monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B territory or field sales with a proven track record of owning and growing an assigned territory
• Demonstrated ability to build an active sales pipeline and hunt for new accounts
• Comfortable engaging with trade and commercial buyers including contractors, fabricators, millworkers, and production managers
• Self-managed with a disciplined daily schedule, routing, and weekly outreach goals
• High perseverance with ability to push past objections and convert cold leads into active accounts
• Consistent career tenure with a logical progression and clear reasons for past career moves
• Embodies company values: Results, Ownership, Open-Mindedness, Trust, and Service
• Preferred experience in building products, wholesale distribution, construction supplies, or industrial B2B sales

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and hunt for new business within Eastern Pennsylvania
• Develop and implement an annual sales plan and hit monthly targets
• Travel with a minimum of four days per week and make 15+ outbound calls daily
• Operate with the published sales playbook and buyer personas to drive results
• Maintain territorial discipline with defined A, B, and C accounts
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to the sales team weekly
