HireLifeScience's Animal Health division is seeking a Senior Territory Representative to drive growth in beef cattle markets across Nebraska and Iowa. You will call on territory-based customers, promote Sense Hub, and coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to execute the sales plan.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong interpersonal skills, 2+ years in animal health sales, and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of animal health sales experience is required.
• Experience in beef markets.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible results.
• Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships and work collaboratively in an organization
• Successfully demonstrated skills in planning, organization, communication, selling and business acumen
• Must be able to travel overnight minimum 50% depending on the geography and responsibilities

Responsabilités

• Represent our Animal Health within a geographical base made up of different segments of the beef complex.
• Promote the use of Sense Hub as a value add and expertise of our Animal Health.
• Work with our Animal Health team members, territory managers, and regional management to plan and implement the sales planning process.
• Identify segment customers that have the potential to be a fit for Sense Hub monitoring in an identified territory base.
• Plan interactions internally and externally within customer base that transfer knowledge to the customer and share best practices and utilize relationships up and down the supply chain.
• Work closely with our Animal Health Technical Service and Customer Success teams to create customized value propositions and identify opportunities to best increase sales with each account.
