Job summary

Agiliti in the United States is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead field teams and partner with healthcare customers to deliver service excellence and operational efficiency.

You will coach managers, drive performance, manage onboarding of new accounts, and develop relationships with department leaders while ensuring compliance and cost-effective service delivery. Travel up to 50% is required and CSPD/OR exposure is valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% to support business needs, including occasional short-notice travel.
  • Experience and strong working knowledge of hospital Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room environments.
  • 5+ years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of the assigned region and healthcare customer landscape preferred.
  • Experience with service delivery logistics and operational cost efficiencies preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to learn company-specific software and systems.
  • IAHCSMM and CBSPD certifications preferred; certifications may be obtained within six months of hire.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver effective customer-facing presentations.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to operate a computer, move materials within an office environment, remain seated for extended periods, and communicate effectively with teammates, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers throughout your assigned region.
  • Monitor and drive performance through key operational and service metrics.
  • Support equipment pickup and delivery activities as needed.
  • Deliver training and educational content related to medical devices and services.
  • Partner with the Divisional Operations Manager to identify and introduce new Agiliti solutions to prospective clients.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with departmental leaders and mid-level management stakeholders.
  • Analyze, prepare, and review reports, surveys, and operational assessments with customers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer agreements and the contracting process for maintenance and repair services.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and environmental health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify service improvements, close operational gaps, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service coverage and support during unexpected mobile lab or equipment failures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Do in This Role?
