Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to support field and maintenance teams, oversee service delivery, and drive new client acquisition within a defined local area.

The role requires strong leadership, travel up to 50% of the time, and experience in hospital sterile processing or OR environments. Primary location is Home Office (IL) with extensive client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Availability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time, including short‑notice travel.
• Experience in CSPD or Operating Room (OR) preferred.
• Five years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Certification from IAHCSMM and CBSPD preferred, obtainable within six months of hire.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn company programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers within the designated region.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Facilitate pickup and delivery of equipment as required.
• Deliver educational content on medical devices to clients.
• Collaborate with the Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new Agiliti services.
• Lead onboarding of new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with departmental and mid‑level management within client organizations.
• Prepare, complete, and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients.
• Understand contractual provisions related to maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure compliance with Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve processes, identify gaps, and enhance overall service quality.
• Coordinate service efforts and coverage for unexpected mobile lab or equipment failure.

Senior Territory Manager

Job Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Availability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time, including short‑notice travel.
• Experience and in‑depth knowledge of a hospital’s sterile processing department and operating room environment.
• Five years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Two years of experience in Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) preferred.
• General knowledge of the assigned region and client landscape preferred.
• Experience in service delivery logistics and cost efficiencies preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Proven track record of matrix management of geographically dispersed staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn company‑specific programs.
• Certification from IAHCSMM and CBSPD preferred, obtainable within six months of hire.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prepare, and deliver effective customer presentations.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to operate a computer, move material around the office, remain seated for extended periods, and communicate effectively with teammates.

Salary Range: $103,396.68 – $155,095.02 (based on location, experience, and qualifications).
