Job summary

Vestis seeks a Sr. Territory Manager to oversee a regional service territory, manage 5+ routes, and drive customer retention and growth across Nashville.

You will lead and coach Territory Managers, conduct weekly trend reviews, and ensure profitable route performance while coordinating collections and renewals. Success requires strong leadership, P&L understanding, and negotiation skills, plus DOT-certified drivers with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant production management and customer service experience.
• Profit and loss responsibility and experience in driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop service personnel across assigned territory.
• Manage customer service programs and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate collections and renewals to protect pricing and profitability.
• Lead recruitment and development of route sales staff.
• Review performance trends weekly and implement improvements.
