Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a high-energy sales professional in the United States to drive growth for Aquablation Therapy. You will generate leads, conduct compelling demonstrations, and partner with surgeons and hospital buyers to understand needs and close deals.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in medical device sales, strong technical aptitude, and the flexibility to travel up to 80% as needed to support customers across facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or surgical sales.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of robotics and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with cross-functional colleagues.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through research, events, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Qualify and engage leads with in-person demonstrations to understand needs and buying potential.
• Nurture relationships with surgeons, hospital admins, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Transfer qualified leads to Area Sales Managers and provide accurate lead information.
• Support the sales process with product demonstrations for surgeons and OR staff, aiding in closing deals.
• Maintain compliance with company Quality Management System and relevant policies.
