What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, developing strategies for new business
- Drive adoption of Sophos solutions within mid-market accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with channel teams and partners to establish co-selling partnerships and generate referrals
- Maintain accurate forecasts and understand territory performance against targets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new logo opportunities with a target ACV of the Mid-Market segment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in a sales role with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
- Understanding of the mid-market sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes
- Strong skills in opportunity discovery, deal qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Customer-centric orientation with the ability to build relationships across various communication channels
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
