Job summary

Prime Pest & Lawn in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Senior Sales Home Inspector to conduct termite inspections on residential properties. You will work with warm leads from existing customers, identifying infestations and offering curative and preventative solutions.

Expect high-volume activity with 10–12 inspections daily, plus preparing reports and coordinating installations. A valid driver's license is required; state licensing exams may be pursued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with quota responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written).
• Proficient in CRM software and other relevant applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass licensing exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective one-call close strategies.
• Conduct detailed interior and exterior home inspections (10-12 appointments per day).
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Prepare inspection reports and treatment plans as necessary.
• Coordinate product installation details for customers.
• Participate in daily training to foster a positive team environment.
