The Pennsylvania State University Campus Recreation, Membership and Outreach is seeking a Senior Manager- Tennis Center to lead daily operations, training, and customer service for the Penn State tennis community on the University Park campus.

The role requires independent initiative, strong leadership, and collaboration with professional staff to enhance programs and events while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.

Competenze

• Ability to lead Campus Recreation staff
• Complete PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance and FBI Background Check
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong critical thinking

Mansioni

• Assist with the management of daily area procedures and resources
• Develop and facilitate training for student staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations, policy enforcement, and staff/patron concerns
• Assist with membership, outreach, court reservations, fees, and rental equipment
• Oversee Reserve My Court and Connect2 usage
• Ensure compliance with university policies and AD 39
• Oversee outreach event preparation and execution
• Handle patron inquiries via email
• Assist with recruitment and staff evaluations
• Participate in team development and attend staff meetings
