Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Tender Manager to support the Sales team during tendering and contract negotiations for power plant projects. You will focus on risk mitigation, cost estimation, and coordinating across planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure successful bids.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in contract-based PM roles, strong negotiation skills, and ability to travel 25% within USA, CAD and Germany. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales engineering, project management, or business management.
• 5+ years of professional experience with multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Contract negotiation experience in relevant industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to travel up to 25% in USA/Canada/Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations for PM topics with clients, virtually and in person.
• Identify and evaluate risk; ensure mitigation measures in contracts.
• Provide cost calculations for project execution schedules and related topics (WTG installation, crane works).
• Coordinate project schedules with planning, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Handover projects to execution teams with thorough briefings.
• Support clients and BOP contractors with PM questions during sales phase.
• Represent Nordex to clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
