Job summary

Nordex Group in the United States seeks a Tender Manager to drive contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and cost estimation for wind-energy projects. You will partner with local sales, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to shape competitive bids and ensure successful execution.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Driver's license and passport are necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales engineering, project management, business management or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Project management experience (wind energy/turnkey construction a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within USA, CAD and Germany.
• Driver's license and ability to obtain passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations for PM topics with clients, virtually and in person.
• Provide risk identification and mitigation measures to internal teams.
• Provide cost calculations to support project execution schedules and related activities.
• Coordinate project schedules with planning, procurement and logistics teams.
• Provide thorough handovers to execution teams.
• Support clients and BOP contractors during the sales phase.
• Represent Nordex to clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
