Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt professional service by greeting members using their names and directing them as needed.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of OCCU products and services to accurately assist members.
• Tailor product recommendations to fit individual members needs and clearly explain potential benefits.
• Support branch and OCCU goals by meeting or exceeding service and sales targets through effective member interactions.
• Efficiently handle member transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments while balancing cash as required.
