Job summary

OCCU is seeking an experienced Senior Teller to assist members with financial transactions and promote OCCU products at the Bend, Oregon branch. The Senior Enrichment Representative delivers personalized service and balances cash drawers as part of daily branch operations.

Key duties include handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments while maintaining accurate records. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service by greeting members, using their names, and directing them as needed.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of OCCU products and services to accurately assist members.
• Support branch and OCCU goals by meeting or exceeding service and sales targets.
• Handle member transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments and balance cash records.
