Responsibilities

• Processes member transactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and makes referrals to internal partners.
• Operates core system for a variety of transactions and balances.
• Maintains CRM/document management accuracy and protects member information.
• Supports branch operations and assists with training of other tellers.
