The role involves processing deposits, payments, foreign currency, and supporting cross-sell opportunities within the branch environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, mortgage and credit card payments, and cash transactions.
• Provide personalized client service in person and by phone and address customer inquiries.
• Recognize referral opportunities and direct clients to appropriate banking services.
• Follow bank security measures and dual-control procedures to protect assets.
• Maintain accuracy by reconciling cash drawers and handling currency with care.
