Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash handling experience required.
• 1 year of retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service functions within the branch, monitor customer flow, operate the teller drawer, research and resolve complex customer service matters, and ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Supervise teller functions including staffing schedules, audits, performance evaluations, and compliance.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including resolving cash discrepancies and handling complex transactions.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and make referrals within the branch.
• Balance vault and ATM, conduct daily cash balancing, and maintain currency and coin supply.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed and mentor colleagues.
