Langley Federal Credit Union in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Full Time Senior Teller to operate in person at the Wards Corner Branch. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, member transactions, and safeguarding assets while delivering exceptional service.

You will mentor tellers, process a variety of transactions, educate members on Langley products, and help grow member relationships with a strong compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of face-to-face customer service or cash handling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Six months of Teller experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of monetary operations within the branch, ensuring funds are available and assets safeguarded.
• Provides security overrides to tellers and assists escalated member situations.
• Processes all member transactions through our core system with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and makes referrals to internal partners.
• Mentors tellers and provides on-site training; supports branch operations.
