Job summary

FlexiVan is seeking an Operations Analyst in Scottsdale to support premium fleet operations. You will manage complex accounts, coordinate billing and data validation, and provide insights through reporting and dashboards.

The role requires 2+ years in trucking/logistics, strong Excel/Office skills, and effective communication to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in trucking, logistics, or supply.
• Proficiency with Excel, Office 365, and PowerPoint for data and reporting.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update, analyze, and maintain operational reports and KPIs.
• Identify trends in GPS, street turn, and operations for premium customers.
• Support billing accuracy with data validation and updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and track project progress for leadership reporting.
