Job summary

FlexiVan Leasing is seeking a Premium Operations Analyst in Scottsdale to drive operational excellence and provide high-touch support for complex multi-stakeholder accounts. The role covers billing support, dispute resolution, inventory visibility, escalations, and reporting analysis.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, BI, Fleet, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and an elevated customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in trucking, logistics, or supply.
• Proven track record managing strategic accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Premium Account Operations Support: monitor, update, analyze, and maintain operational reports and metrics.
• Project Management Support: coordinate tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and follow-through.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: collect, organize, and validate data; generate KPI dashboards.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve workflows and SOPs; communicate updates clearly.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, BI, Fleet, and external partners.
