Job summary

Reingold, Inc. in Alexandria, VA seeks a Senior Communications Associate for Digital Health Implementation and Deployment. You will lead Telehealth campaigns, build outreach plans, and develop toolkits to promote program adoption across the Veterans Health Administration.

The role requires VA experience, strong writing, and collaboration across clinical and leadership teams. This is a hybrid position with on-site days in Alexandria or Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in integrated communications and campaigns.
• Experience planning multichannel campaigns with measurement.
• Ability to translate health/policy information into clear content.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams/SharePoint.
• Active U.S. Public Trust determination or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop Telehealth campaigns to drive adoption across VA.
• Create deployment outreach plans with branding and messaging.
• Produce campaign toolkits with scripts, multimedia, print materials, and videos.
• Plan and support virtual forums, webinars, and training via Teams.
• Prepare Telehealth demos, presentations, and training assets.
• Provide live production and logistical support for events.
• Coordinate outreach events and Q&A sessions.
• Track and report adoption and attendance metrics.
• Support VA Trainers and Champions with adoption materials.
