Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Telecoms Solutions Architect to design scalable, resilient telecom solutions for enterprise clients. The role requires translating complex business requirements into effective technical strategies while collaborating with sales, engineering, and client stakeholders.

You will lead end-to-end design efforts, stay ahead of industry trends, and provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or enterprise networking.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise networking, unified communications, cloud-based services (UCaaS, CCaaS), and cybersecurity principles.
• Proven experience in designing complex, integrated solutions for large enterprises.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with vendor management and evaluating new technology offerings is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end telecommunications solutions, encompassing voice, data, cloud, and mobility services for enterprise clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop detailed solution designs, proposals, and presentations that articulate the value proposition of proposed technologies.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet performance expectations.
• Stay abreast of emerging telecom trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform solution design.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the sales cycle and during solution implementation phases.
