Job summary

Pearce Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III to join our nationwide installation teams. You will install, remove, and maintain Data Center, Telecom, and Wireless equipment focusing on transmission, power, and fiber systems.

The role requires 3+ years of installation experience and knowledge of AT&T Central Office practices is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required; a passport is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of installation experience or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience with AT&T Central Office installation practices is beneficial.
• DC Power Installation experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in handling equipment such as cable trays, data equipment cabinets, and power cables.
• Skill in identifying, labeling, measuring, terminating, and routing cables.
• Proficiency in laptop computer applications and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) is a plus.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment background checks; a valid passport is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Join installation teams at diverse customer locations nationwide.
• Efficiently use vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment.
• Execute installation tasks following Telco Standard TP76300 with advanced skill and precision.
• Conduct comprehensive equipment installations on AC/DC Power systems and fiber systems.
• Maintain organized and clean storage, staging, and work areas on-site.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and administrative directives.
• Interpret and effectively apply job specifications, installation documents, and schematics.
