Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Telephony Engineer I to support telephony systems including installation and monitoring. Responsibilities include ensuring uninterrupted access to communication platforms, implementing software solutions, and providing customer training. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's in telecommunications, over 5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting, and project management skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in voice/video, software/hardware, and network design.
• Expert knowledge of contact center scripting and wiring.
• Advanced knowledge of CUCM, UCCE, CUBE, Expressway, and WebEx App.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain telephony systems, ensuring uninterrupted access.
• Install, configure, and test telecommunications software solutions.
• Provide training to customers on telecommunication features.
