Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in Telecom or Broadband industry is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provision Ethernet services through Client’s network.
• Troubleshoot failed installations and produce implementation instructions.
• Work with Centralized Engineering and end users to validate circuit paths.

Basic knowledge of VLAN provisioning
